Hard reset for the Chromebook

Resting your Chromebook hardware, is called a hard reset.

It will restart your Chromebook hardware (like your keyboard and touch-pad), and might delete some files in your Downloads folder.

follow the steps below:

1. Turn off your Chromebook.
2. Press and hold Refresh  + tap Power . 
3. When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh .

Or

Press and hold   + tap Power . The computer turns off, and then turns on again.
